Little Things {Drill Boy}

I try not to spoil them. And I've gotten better at buying them less. But we went shopping for Daddy's Birthday. And this meant a trip to the tool shop... So he came home with his first drill :)
He did need one. And he did promise to build his sister a cubby...
And any-who, what better night light could there possibly be for a four year old than the glow from his first drill's charger?

Little Things {Deal Maker}

She loves to choose her own 'pretties' to wear. It's kind of a trade off really. She see's Mummy getting her camera ready, and runs to the wardrobe pointing to the top shelf... home to her 'pretties'. She doesn't care much for singlets and tops... but tutu's and petti's get her every time :)
Once they are on though - I swear it's like an instant rush for her - she quite literally bounces off the walls in excitement.

Sometimes though; she stops. Just long enough for me to catch a moment like this.
And then we're both happy...

Little Things {Big Girl Bed}

I knew she wanted a big bed. She loves sleeping in M's during the day. Or on the couch. Anywhere but the cot. So I jumped onto ebay. And there it was. A perfectly rusted pink. In my town.
I didn't consider that I would have to pull down the cot in order to put up the bed. I haven't pulled it down before as M went into a big bed just in time to make it available for A. She helped me though. And I hope one day she can help me to put it up again.

I taught her to jump on it.

And it bent.
We'll jump on mine from now on...

Little Things {Super M}

I've just entered into Week Two of Clickin Moms RYC201, taught by the fabulous Lynne Rigby.
And I'm hooked. I'm inspired. And I'm learning more about me. My style. That I love tight head shots for instance. And that it doesn't hurt to step outside of your comfort zone. I'm going to try and shoot a bit wider, play with different crops in PP and see what else I might like...
And I've started this blog. Because I *hope* (with all my fingers and toes crossed of course) that I might be able to look back at these posts next March, and April, and June, and see an improvement :)
And what better way to start some improving than some seriously 'super' superhero action?
